- Our goal is to send out all orders within two business days. Often, orders placed before 11am AEST (GMT+10) will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent out on the next working day.
- During sale periods, allow for additional processing time before orders are shipped.
- Be aware that due to the current global and local shipping situation, there may be delays in delivering your order. We have no control over these delays and are working with our shipping partners to minimise them as much as possible.
